We source a fresh pair of footwear directly — then we brainstorm some designs/ideas off some warm Henny....just kidding, we work our magic, in PRIDE!
Design
Every pair gets a unique concept. Color palettes, patterns, and object placements are sketched by hand.
Craft
Hours of meticulous hand-painting, hardware attachment, and resin work. No shortcuts, no stencils.
Seal
Multiple protective clear coats ensure your art is wearable and durable for years. Then its shipped to you beauty's!
◆ Keep 'Em Fresh
Shoe Care Guide
Wipe, Don't Soak
Use a slightly damp cloth to spot-clean the painted areas. Never submerge or machine wash — water can lift edges on painted surfaces over time.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Skip the bleach, acetone, or alcohol wipes. Stick to mild soap and water for the soles and unfinished areas.
Store Smart
Keep your pair in the box, away from direct sunlight and heat. UV exposure can yellow whites and fade custom pigments.
Re-seal When Needed
After heavy wear, a light coat of sneaker-safe finisher (like Angelus Matte or Satin Finisher) will refresh the protective layer and keep the paint locked in.
Use a Sneaker Shield
Toe box creasing is the enemy. Slip in a sneaker shield or stuff the toe with tissue when storing to maintain that clean silhouette.
Rotate Your Rotation
Don't wear the same pair every day. Give them a rest between wears — the paint, the sole, and the flex will thank you.

Every great business starts with a vision. Ours started with a two-man mission to go link some tortas, I believe it was 1am, me and bro, and some warm Henny. The only problem? Our white Air Force 1s were cooked. Instead of buying new pairs, we grabbed some paint and gave them a second life. What started as a last-minute fix quickly turned into an obsession with custom sneaker design. After seeing what a little creativity could do, we knew we were onto something. That's how PlugWalk was born—a custom shoe design brand dedicated to turning ordinary sneakers into wearable art. Made to "Walk Different." Also, the 2 man mission was successful.....
